For us, the madeleine holds the pleasure of something simple: a golden shell, a soft buttery center, and a reason to pause. Our Traditional keeps that spirit, finished with a delicate dusting of powdered sugar.
We bring our own touch through chocolate, lavender, citron, and pistachio, while keeping the madeleine at the heart of it all. Familiar in its shape, thoughtful in its details, and always an invitation to share.
